What we do

Electrical work is the core of what we do. We wire, commission, repair and service machines and lines in automotive, dairies, woodworking, paint shops and warehouses. Mechanics, controls and robots are in-house too.

Electrical installation and control cabinets

From the electrical design and cabinet build to installation and commissioning of a machine or a whole line on site, in automation and beyond.

  • Electrical design in EPLAN, including the WASS standard
  • Control cabinet building and wiring
  • Electrical installation of machines and lines, cable routing
  • Electric motors, drives, sensors, measurement and control technology
  • Modifications and extensions of existing installations
  • Conveyors, CNC and woodworking machines, welding machines, outside automation too

Service and repair

Our electricians and mechanics come out to our own and third-party machines, find the fault and get them running again.

  • Electrical repair and maintenance of machines
  • Electric motors and drives: testing, repair, replacement
  • Mechanical repair and maintenance of machines
  • Machines without documentation: mapping and completing it
  • Upgrades of older or broken equipment

PLC and visualisation

Programs that are easy to read, debug and maintain years later, and screens operators understand.

  • Siemens S7 and TIA Portal, Phoenix Contact
  • Programming to the WASS standard or without it
  • Modifications and fixes of existing programs
  • Visualisation and HMI for machine operators

Robotics and automation

Turnkey robotic cells, robot programming for existing lines and custom machines.

  • KUKA, YASKAWA, FANUC and ABB robot programming
  • Welding, gluing, handling, CNC machine tending
  • Custom special-purpose machines
  • Conveyors, storage, vision systems

When production is not running as it should

Much of our work starts at a machine or line that already runs, just not well. We find the cause and fix it.

  • The machine keeps stopping and nobody knows whyWe go through the wiring, the signals, the program and the mechanics and find the real cause instead of adding another bypass.
  • Breakers keep tripping or a drive will not runWe test the circuits, electric motors, drives and sensors, replace faulty parts and get the machine running again.
  • The same faults keep coming backWe fix wiring, program and mechanical errors and handle the states the original solution never accounted for.
  • Old machine, no documentationWe map the equipment and wiring, complete the documentation and modernise the electrical side and controls step by step so production keeps running.
  • The cycle time is slower than it should beWe shorten robot paths, PLC waiting times and hand-overs between stations. The result is a shorter cycle and higher output without rebuilding the line.

From design to service

A new machine and an upgrade of an existing one follow the same path. One partner from the first schematic to service.

  1. On-site visit

We look at the machine or line and write down what it has to do.

  2. Design

Electrical design, machine concept, choice of controls and, if needed, a robot.

  3. Cabinets and installation

Control cabinet build, electrical installation on site, fixtures and mechanical assembly.

  4. Commissioning and programming

We commission the machine, program PLCs and robots and tune it on real parts.

  5. Handover and service

Documentation, operator training and support in production.

Service and repair

We look after equipment we delivered and equipment from others. We come on site, find the fault and get the machine running again.

  • Electrical and mechanical repair of machines
  • Maintenance and service of complete equipment
  • Service of robots and robotic cells
  • PLC and robot program changes during production
  • Paint shop maintenance: mechanical and service work
  • Upgrades of older or broken equipment

About us

Czech Solution of Automation is a Czech company of electrical engineers based in Velká Jesenice near Náchod. We help manufacturers in the automotive industry and beyond, across Central Europe, keep their machines and lines reliable and productive.

We only propose what will genuinely help the plant. Electrical work is the foundation: we can wire a cabinet, find a fault and commission a machine. Our electricians work alongside mechanics and PLC and robot programmers, and we stay at the line until it runs. We take a project from mechanical design through electrical work to commissioning, so there is no blame game between suppliers.

Careers

We have no open position right now, but we are always glad to meet electricians, mechanics and PLC or robot programmers. Send your CV to info@cze-sa.cz.

Frequently asked questions

Short answers to what customers ask us most often.

What does CZE-SA do?

Czech solution of automation s.r.o. (CZE-SA) is a Czech company of electrical engineers based in Velká Jesenice near Náchod, in the Hradec Králové Region. It provides industrial electrical installation and control cabinets, electrical and mechanical service and repair of machines and production lines, plus PLC and industrial robot programming, visualisation (HMI) and custom special-purpose machines.

Do you take machines outside automation?

Yes. We do electrical and mechanical repairs, electric motors, control cabinets and electrical installation on machines and in plants outside automation too, for example conveyors, CNC and woodworking machines, welding machines, paint shops, dairies and warehouses.

Do you service equipment you did not supply?

Yes. We service and modify our own and third-party machines, electrical installations, robotic cells and PLC and robot programs, including older equipment without documentation.

Do you build custom special-purpose machines and robotic cells?

Yes. We design, build, wire, program and commission a special-purpose machine or robotic cell to your specification. Mechanical design, electrical work, PLC and robots are all in-house.

Which robots and control systems do you program?

KUKA robots (including VKRC2 and VKRC4), YASKAWA (DX200, YRC1000), FANUC and ABB. Siemens S7 PLCs in TIA Portal and Phoenix Contact, to the WASS standard or without it. Electrical design in EPLAN.

Can you speed up or fix a line that is already running?

Yes, it is a large part of our work. We find the cause of stoppages and recurring faults, fix wiring, program and mechanical errors and shorten the cycle time (robot paths, PLC waiting times, hand-overs between stations), often without rebuilding the line.

Where do you work?

We are based in Velká Jesenice (Náchod district, Czech Republic) and work across the Czech Republic and Central Europe, including Volkswagen, Audi, Škoda Auto and Magna welding shops in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany and Hungary.
